Manchester Hotels confirm their World Class Status

We're pleased to announce that a number of Manchester's hotels have been accredited with the World Class Service Standard for 2011/12.

Jury's Inn, The Lowry Hotel, The Midland, Radisson Edwardian and most recently The Arora Hotel have all proved their strength in the World Class Service Standard's four key areas of Behaviours, Processes, Physical Environment and Tangibles.

Each of these Manchester hotels has proven their commitment to the four areas of the Standard, achieving impressive and consistent results in each field.  The hotels also demonstrated an active commitment to promoting the best that Manchester has to offer in terms of tourism and culture.
